No silly, we’re not talking about being naked here. We’re talking about one of Spring 2009’s trends - fun and fabulous nude colors - pale earth tones and blushes (really light pinks). Try an entire look in a nude color palette, or pair nude colored pieces with more bold color choices - like orange, navy, green, etc.

The important thing to remember for this trend - don’t select pieces that are too similar to your skin tone or you’ll look washed out. Go for items that, while pale or muted in color, have some contrast against your skin. The additional of a little bling or sparkle in a bracelet or earrings will help the keep the look from being too plain.
