Social media marketing company M80 reached out to us to share that there were helping Macy’s promote their holiday ‘BELIEVE’ campaign and had a gift card giveaway opportunity for interested bloggers.  Interested in sharing details about a program that gives back?  Interested in having a chance to give our fab* readers gifts?  Heck yeah we’re interested!

So here’s the deal - the BELIEVE campaign builds on the success of Macy’s holiday efforts last year to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This year, Macy’s is adding to the spirit of “Believe” with a national Santa Tour, an honorary National Believe Day, a “Yes, Virginia” animated special, and a new TV commercial featuring Queen Latifah.

The holiday campaign was inspired by the New York Sun’s famous “Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus” editorial from 1897 and includes letter-writing “Believe Stations” in Macy’s stores across the country.  Bring your stamped letters addressed to Santa in the North Pole, drop them off at a Macy’s BELIEVE letterbox near you, and for each letter received, Macy’s will donate $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, up to $1 million.  Click here for more.

    Wow, this is awesome! I love Macy’s, it’s one of my favorite paces to shop around the holidays. The “Believe” campaign is awesome! I love that Macy’s is taking part to help share the warmth and good tidings of the holidays!

    As for what I want for Christmas? I don’t mean to sound cliche, but I just wish for good blessings for my family. Though some new shoes or a brand new winter coat wouldn’t be half bad either ;) Thanks for the lovely giveaway!
