new uses for a tennis ball

After a chat with a good friend recently, I’ve reignited my love for all things Real Simple.  In the magazine’s February issue they offer readers 8 new uses for a tennis ball.  At anywhere from $2 to $5 for tennis balls, these tips are really budget-friendly.  Be sure to click the link for all 8 tips, but my favorites are:

2. Comforter fluffer. Through a couple tennis balls in the dryer with your comforter to speed drying and fluff things up.

3. Arm weights. Cut small slits into two tennis balls, fill with pennies, seal with tape and take it with you one a walk or run.

6. Makeshift safe. Similar to the arm weight idea, cut small slits into  tennis ball and hide valuables like jewelry inside.
