Lala Vasquez was recently spotted in a casual yet cute look while in Beverly Hills preparing for her upcoming wedding. I am definitely loving the white boyfriend blazer, a nice change from the infamous black boyfriend blazer. By cuffing the jeans, it gives her a more casual daytime look.

be shoe fabulous!

The Budget Fab team  and the fab* lady behind the blog, The Capitol Fashionista, in conjunction with SimplySoles and the DC Fashion Syndicate will be hosting a ShoeFabulous Shoe Drive Event to benefit the Soles4Souls organization and their Haitian Relief efforts.

The people of Haiti are still struggling to obtain the everyday basics that most of us take for granted. A pair of shoes is an essential part of these basics as many individuals have to travel some distance to receive the care and support services offered by relief organizations.

The ShoeFabulous Shoe Drive Event will take place on Saturday, March 13, 2010 from 12 noon to 4 pm at the new SimplySoles store located at The Shops at Georgetown Park, 3222 M Street, NW, 2nd Level, Washington DC. Bring your gently worn flat shoes and sneakers (please, no flip-flops) in exchange for a 15% discount on a new pair of shoes at SimplySoles (limit one coupon per person). All shoes donated will be packaged and sent to Soles4Souls as a contribution to their ongoing Haitian Relief Effort. So join us and “Be ShoeFabulous!”
